This policy covers lispmusic.com, the official website of the artist Lisp. It explains what the site collects, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
One thing: your email address, and only if you type it into the mailing list form and submit it. Nothing else is requested and nothing is required to browse the site.
There are no accounts, no purchases, and no user profiles.
Why
To email you about new music and live dates. That is the only use. Your address is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser, runs no analytics, and uses no advertising or tracking pixels. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Who else handles your data
- Netlify hosts the site and receives mailing list submissions on our behalf. Like any web host, its servers log requests, which includes IP addresses.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface used here. Loading it sends your IP address to Google as part of the font request. No cookie is set.
Links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram open those services directly. Once you leave this site, their own privacy policies apply. We receive nothing back from them.
How long we keep it
Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing or to receive a copy of your data.
Email info@lispmusic.com and we will action it. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will remove the address.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
